Behaviour

Aggressive and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Coaches have the right to remove participants and parents from any session as they see necessary. ​

Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of booking and prior to the commencement of the first session.

Refund & Returns Policy

No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. You may be entitled to a credit in specific circumstances and we ask that you email admin@therookieacademy.com.au directly with your request. Refer to our payments and refunds policy here.
