Delivery Policy
After booking online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your booking details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your booking within a few minutes of booking. Payment is due at the time of booking. Bookings and payments can be made up to 24hrs prior to the block commencing.
Refund & Returns Policy
We do not provide refunds on training sessions once completed. Refunds are not normally payable for training packs. If you have registered for a training pack and your circumstances have changed, please email The Rookie Academy as soon as possible. Should a training session or training block be cancelled or postponed The Rookie Academy will notify you with options for rescheduling or processing a refund.
